When you as a motorcycle racer with a wish for less unsprung weight, or perhaps just someone with a excellent taste for quality and unique materials wants to replace your conventional heavy steel OEM front-forks, we offer a package that means less unsprung weight, better handling, better road contact and the possibility to go faster in style!
What we do and how we do it:
CeraCarbon builds the worlds lightest front-suspension by applying instead of the heavy steel tubes the ultra light CeraCarbon tubes which are 1,5 kg lighter a set which means 1,5 kg less unsprung weight !
Unless the low weight the CeraCarbon tubes are as strong and stiff as the steel tubes because we use the strongest high modules Carbon fibers and the ceramic lowers the friction with 50 %

What we do for our customer is build the world lightest custom front-fork using all new components and the unique CeraCarbon ultralight inner-tubes , so you get :
⁃ 1 set of Aluminium fork feet / axle holder for your specific motorcycle modified to match the CeraCarbon tubes
⁃ 1 set of Aluminium outer-tubes
⁃ 1 Ohlins Road & track NIX 30 racing cartridge kit including springs (setting on rider weight)
⁃ 2 sets of SKF fork-seals and dust-caps + low friction bushings
⁃ 1 set of lightweight CeraCarbon carbon-ceramic inner-tubes
⁃ A quality suspension oil / stroke indicator
⁃ All manually assembled and the settings tuned to the bike and the demands of the rider
Our customer receives then a complete new “build by us” Front-fork with ultra light CeraCarbon inner-tubes and the top performing Ohlins NIX 30 Cartridge kit inside !
We deliver the forks complete and ready to mount!

All forks are hand-build after order.
